Discovery Traveling Beyond the Familiar

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to travel. Growing up in a small  Montana town, that didn’t happen very often. Until my 18th year, I had been to only four states, had not seen the ocean nor flown in a commercial airplane.

Today, I feel fortunate and blessed to have logged thousands of air miles, travelled to 38 of the 50 states in the USA, ten different countries, and three continents. So many possibilities left of new places to see and different cultures to experience!

If all went according to our plans, when you read this post, Ron and I will have just returned from a week in South Carolina. We chose this location because I had never been there before and had been told by several people that Charleston, S.C. is their favorite city in the world. Also, we will be staying near the ocean, which Ron and I both love to do.

Today, I’d like to share a few of Ron’s photos from various locations by the sea where we’ve had the privilege of visiting, plus some travel quotes I found from https://www.scti.co.nz/travel-advice/inspirational-travel-quotes. I hope you will enjoy.
